I have same problem with ZEOSDBO-7.0.0-alpha on Delphi 14 (2010)

I copied the BPL and DCP files from the Zeos "delphi 14/build"-directory to the corresponding directories in All Users\RAD Studio 7.0 -- where the other BPL and DCP files are stored. That worked for me...

various options for copying and transferring files or to have all failed.
if case you set up the BPL files by hands (with "Install packages" options), error message "Integer overflow" occured...

Hallo,

bei Delphi 2009 hatte ich das gleiche Problem. Ich bin folgendermaßen vorgegangen:

1.) Zeos in ein Verzeichnis namens c:\zeos7 entpackt
2.) Delphi gestartet und die Pfade des zeos7-build-Verzeichnisses meines Packages (Dephi 12) in den Bibliothekspfad, sowie
die zugehörigen Source-Verzeichnisse in den Suchpfad eingetragen.
3.) Nacheinander die folgenden Packages geöffnet und mit bereinigen-erzeugen compliert:

Zcore.dpk
ZparseSql
Zplain
ZDbc
ZComponent

Aus dem build-verzeichnis habe ich dann die BPL-Dateien in den folgenden Ordner kopiert:

C:\benutzer\öffentlich\offentliche dokumente\rad-studio\6.0\bpl\

Ich benutze Windows 7, bei Windows XP sollte der Ordner in c:\Dokumente und Einstellungen zu finden sein.

Als Letztes gehe ich wieder in mein noch offenes Delphi; öffne die zcomponentdesign.dpk und kompiliere und installiere sie dann.

Bei mir hat es jedenfalls funktioniert.
