Problems with Bass player Komponente...

Yes i am using delphi 2009 and get this error,I am using X64 Vista error follows:

This application has failed to start becouse bass.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

I tried x64 and x86 dll's none worked.This error happens when i try to install the package.

Hello!

Put the BASS.DLL, which you can download here, in your executable directory.

But I'm not sure if this rarely old component works with the newer BASS.DLL (well, I'm quite sure it don't), maybe you need an old version of the dll.

Edit: how about using the BASS.DLL w/o the BASSPlayer component? It's realy good documentet, and easy to use as well.

Edit: in the BASS.zip there are a lot of examples using the dll, also for Delphi.

You could also check out omata's BassPlayerEx component.
Should work with D2009 with 2-3 changes in code.

go to un4seen and call with Ian for this problem think no people can help this time.
