Datei "DsgnIntf" und "ToolIntf"

Ich suche die Datei "DsgnIntf.dcu" und "ToolIntf". Weiß jemand wo ich sie finden kann?
Würde mich freuen, wenn sie die Datei sofern sie sie besitzen in dieses Forum posten würden.

bei mir sind die im Verzeichnis c:\programme\borland\delphi5\source\toolsapi\...

Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob das bei jeder Version so ist... :-)
