Visual Studio 2008 und Vista x64

Hallo,
ich weis - es geht hier im allgemeinen um Delphi, aber deshalb habe ich die Frage ja auch unter Windows gepostet :) Und vielleicht haben ja nicht allzu wenige auch VS installiert ;)

Es geht also um Visual Studio 2008 unter Vista Buisness x64 SP1 ;)

Es geht um folgendes: Ich bekomme es einfach nicht installiert :(

Als ich es zum erstanmal versucht habe, ist er bei der ersten Komponente (.NET Framework 3.5) gescheitert. Also ok - ist mir auch unter XP mal passiert - hab ich also .NET seperat runtergeladen und installiert. Dacht ich mir, kann ja nix mehr schiefgehen ^^ Also wieder Installation gestartet und ... siehe da, er scheitert wiede an der ersen Komponente :(

Das sieht eher nach einer korrupten Installation aus.
Hast Du das von einer Original-CD / DVD oder heruntergeladen?
Wenn letzteres würde ich das nochmal runterladen.

Ich habe schon des öfteren ein Visual Studio 2008 auf einem x64 Vista installiert, und es gab noch nie Probleme.

Also ich habe definitiv .NET 3.5 - das kann ich aber als einziges unter Software sehen. Bei Vista müsste das .NET Framework 3.0 dabei gewesen sein!? Zumindest komt beim Instasllationsversuch die Meldung

Das solltest Du nicht machen. Denn wenn Du alle haben möchtest, dann solltest Du bei der kleinsten Version anfangen, die Du haben möchtest und noch keins von den NET Framework drauf haben.

Also bei 2.0 und 2.0 SP1 kommt die Meldung "Dieses Prodult ist bereits als Teil des Betriebssystems enthalten."
Und bei .NET 3.0 kommt "Zur Installation oder Konfiguration von Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 müssen Sie die Option zum Aktivieren bzw. Deaktivieren von Windows-Features in der Systemsteuerung verwenden."

Also sind die wohl mit drin.

.NET 3.0 ist Teil von Vista. Ja. Und da ist das 2.0er komplett drin. Genauso wie im 3.5er das 2.0er und das 3.0er komplett drin sind.
Du braucht also jeweils nur die größte Version. 1.0 / 1.1 tanzt da leider etwas aus der Reihe, die brauchst Du aber auch nicht.
Wenn Du also 3.5 drauf hast reicht das vollkommen aus.

Das der 32bit Teil funktioniert heisst nicht, dass da nicht doch ein Fehler in einem der x64 Teile ist.
Zur Not einfach nochmal aus Eurem ELMS / dem ASAP-Programm runterladen.

Es macht mich nämlich folgende Meldung stutzig:

Das sind nämlich die Prereqs für den x64 Teil.

hast du .net 3.0 über die Systemsteuerung->Programme->Windows Funktionen vllt deinstalliert? Wenn ja scheitert der .net 3.5 Installer. Erst ab dem .net 3.5 Sp1 installiert der Installer .net 3.0 unter Vista korrekt. Warte am besten eh bis das VS 2008 Sp1 draußen ist (wird wohl diese Woche kommen), dann gibts auch einen neun .net 3.5 Installer, der das Sp1 mit drin hat.

Hm . nee, war n 32 bit WinXP - hab mir gra nen neuen PC gekauft und jetzt direkt Vista x64 draufgetan ...

Ich lads mir gerade nochmal runter ... und checke diesmal den md5 Hash :-) Dann sollte ich auf der sichere Seite sein. :-/

Rechte Maustaste auf Arbeistplatz / Eigenschaften. In dem Fenster wo hochpoppt siehst Du irgendwo ob 32 oder 64 bit.

Aber das Setup vom Visual Studio erkennt das normalerweise automatisch, von daher sollte das passen.

Mit den Maniac-Dingern kenn ich mich nicht aus. Die sollten schon abgeschafft werden als ich Student Partner wurde ;-)
Schau lieber mal auf www.dreamspark.com und melde Dich dort mit einer LiveId and und verifiziere Dich über Deinen TU-Account ([e-mail] oder @mytum.de). Dann kannst Du das auch von dort offiziell runterladen.
