D7 DPR Import nach D2009: "Invalid character in text fi

Ich habe eine Problem beim Öffnen von in Delphi 7 angelegten Projekten mit Delphi 2009. Folgende Fehlermeldung erscheint

"Invalid character was found in text file"

Woran könnte das liegen? Der Projekt-Quellcode (DLL) lässt sich als Text problemlos öffnen.

Öffne die Textdatei mal in Notepad und speichere sie darin.

Alle Zeitangaben in WEZ +1. Es ist jetzt 20:00 Uhr.
