die Erklärung ist in englisch :

To install the utility packages, unzip a package, copy the runtime package file (.BPL) to your Delphi projects\bpl directory, and copy the rest of the files to a directory in your Library Path.

To install the Component packages, unzip a package, copy the runtime package file (.BPL) to your Delphi projects\bpl directory. Copy the .DCP file to a directory in your DCP Output Directory path, and copy all other files to a directory in your Library Path. Then select 'Install Packages' from the Components menu in Delphi, click the 'Add' button and install the package by selecting the .BPL file.

Auf Festplatte entpacjekn. Den Pfad dem Suchpfad hinzufügen und Die Bpl mit Komponente->Packages Hinzufügen->Hinzufügen hinzufügen
