Hilfesystem funktioniert nicht

Seit geraumer Zeit bekomme ich sowohl bein Drücken von F1, als auch beim Aufruf des Menüpunktes Hilfe Zugriffsverletzungen, dies sowohl unter XE als auch unter D2009. Ich habe dies lange ignoriert, jetzt scheint sich der Fehler bei meinen Kollegen mit D2010 auch eingeschlichen zu haben.
Weder ein Hilfeupdate noch eine (De+)Registrierung per H2Reg haben geholfen.

Würde auf ein MS-Update tippen, da die Hilfe doch auf einem MS-System basiert. Schlagt mich nicht, wenn ich damit falsch liege ;)

Jepp, mit der Möglichkeit hatten wir uns auch schon beschäftigt, allein uns fehlt eine Lösung ....

Schon mal über das Delphi-Setup probiert die Installation zu reparieren?

Nein, davor habe ich Schiss, sind ja auch schon Servicepacks drin und ich brauch das System dringend für div. Projekte ... Experimente kann ich mir für die nächsten 8 Wochen nicht leisten ....

Man kann die Hilfe separat de/neuinstallieren...

Hätte dir ja geraten, dass den Help Viewer von MS neu installierst, aber einzeln bekommst den scheinbar nicht, sondern nur zusammen mit anderen Installationen -- zumindest habe ich das vorher auf der Website gelesen. Daher mein Vorschlag mit der Reparatur.

Ansonsten würde ich euch das Online-Wiki nahe legen, wenn das System im Moment nicht ausfallen darf.
