How to change directory sorting in explorer?

How to change directory sorting in explorer? I want to sort new folder ascend by date. Is it possible?

lol, i don't think he would ask that in the section "Delphi-PRAXiS\Sprachen und Entwicklungsumgebungen\Object-Pascal/Delphi-Language" ;D

assuming you want to change the folder view programmatically, here is a simple function:
