Offensichtlich hat M$ das per Update auch Windows 7 und 8 untergeschoben.

Ja, habe kürzlich davon gelesen. Frechheit von Microsoft.
Mit einer kleinen Batchdatei mit diesem Inhalt wird man die Updates am einfachsten wieder los:

Dann Neustart und unter Systemsteuerung, Windows Update die entsprechenden Updates deaktivieren, damit sie nicht neu installiert werden.
