Delphi DX10 Exception EOSError in module rtl230 bpl at 0004DC21

Seit heute bekomme ich Delphi DX10 und auch XE4 nicht mehr gestartet, die Frage ist, was sich geändert haben könnte. Ich nutze Windows 10. Direkt beim Start kommt diese Meldung

Exception EOSError in module rtl230 bpl at 0004DC21 Systemfehler 111 Der Dateiname ist zu lang

Bei XE4 kommt Runtime Error 217

Hier hab ich schon mal was gefunden, aber eine Lösung ist es auch nicht.

Der Prozessmonitor zeigt ab einer Stelle die unter dem Link vorausgesagten Buffer Overflows.

Nur wie nun weiter? Hat einer eine Idee?

Hab jetzt eine Systemwiederherstellung gemacht, jetzt geht wieder alles. Kann ja sein, jemand hat noch das Problem.
