Delphi-PRAXiS - Path Editor 1.0a

I’ve make a small fix to the Path Editor. It now broadcasts a WM_SETTINGCHANGE message to the system when you change a path so applications like Explorer can pick up the changes. The updated binary and code can be found on the Path Editor page. The code is also available on GitHub.
