Delphi XE8 problem resolution my app

in Delphi XE8 when you open messagedialog of windows security, called by the component HTTPRio that uses WinInet.DLL, the graphics of the application shells (ugly), after messagedialog is closed the graphics resolution returns to normal ok.
How can I solve this annoying problem?
