Delphi Community-Edition und Fast-Report

Hallo zusammen
Ich habe probehalber die Community-Version von Delphi (3.3 Rio) installiert und bin am Ausprobieren. Bei einer Testanwendung mit Fastreport habe ich festgestellt, dass das Register Events im Objektinspektor beim Designen des Reports nicht verfügbar ist.
Ist das eine Einschränkung der Community-Edition oder ist Fastreport nicht richtig installiert.
Ich habe Fastreport über Getit installiert.

Das ist eine Beschränkung der Embarcadero Edition von FastReports. (Auch bei den anderen SKU)
