pdf.js mit Formular-Support

pdf.js (

https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js) kann man fast als Standard PDF-Viewer-Implementierung im Browser ansehen.
Leider hat dieses keinen Formular-Support.

pdf.js.forms (

https://github.com/mainegreen/pdf.js.forms) ist scheinbar eingeschlafen. Letzte Änderung von 2 Jahren.
Gefunden habe ich noch pdfjs.express (Preislich 4500$/Jahr nicht gerade günstig)

Welche Alternativen gäbe es noch, Ideal wäre Aufsatz/Erweiterung auf/zu pdf.js, da dieses schon integriert.
