Hallo,
auf SourceForge Firebird Download finden sich unteranderem zwei Downloads:

1. Firebird-1.5.1.4481-Win32_pdb.exe

2. Firebird-1.5.1.4481-Win32.exe

Weiß jemand worin sich die beiden unterscheiden? Was könnte das pdb bedeuten?

.pdb sind die Debug symbole. Damit kannst du einen Debugger an den Prozess hängen und durch den Source code springen anstatt durch ASM. ;)
