.rar Datei öffnen -> Inhalt in TImage kopieren

Hallo!

Ich habe eine .rar Datei in der ein Bild im jpg Format drinnen ist.
Wie kann ich diese Datei öffnen und dieses Bild gleich in ein TImage geben?
