Problem mit Indy-IRC Kompo

Hi Leute,
wenn ich etwas mit der IRC-Komponente von Indy gecoded habe, kommt immer ein Connection Timeout wenn ich mich zu einem Irc-Server verbinden will! (Ich hab nen Modem, sollte aber trotzdem gehen, denn mit mIRC gehts ja auch!)

Was mache ich falsch??
