Typbibliothek importieren in Delphi 2006

Unter Delphi 6 ging das über Projekt->Typbibliothek importieren... Wo ist diese Funktion in Delphi 2006 hin ?

Dies geht über das Menü "Komponenten" -> "Komponente importieren".
