[Delphi] Typbibliothek in Delphi 2006 einbinden?

Hallo,
würde gerne eine Typbibliothek (WMI Scripting V1.2 Library [Version 1.2]) in Delphi 2006 einbinden.
In Delphi 7 gab´s diese Option noch unter Projekt -> ...
Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich das in D2006 mache?
