Sehr schwierig. D2006 wäre eine halbwegs gute Lösung. Am besten wäre jedoch Delphi 6. Ist einfach der absolute Höhepunkt in der Delphi-Entwicklungsgeschichte.

I added a application kill function to terminate bds.exe.
Edited FastMM4.pas you can find in the 'SRC'-folder.
To compile my version of FastMM download this sourcefile:

How to install:

Make a backup of boreditu.dll and borlndmm.dll and copy all three
dll-files of this zip into the bin-folder of Delphi 2005 PE.

Delphi 6 ist natürlich sehr performant und extrm stabil. Kann aber vom Funktionsumfang nicht mit den neuen Delphis mithalten.

Wobei Borland aus seinen Fehlern langsam lernt! War z.B. Delphi 2005 vor Update3 selbst auf einem 3 Ghz Rechner mit 1GB RAM kaum einzusetzen, benutze ich aktuell Delphi 2006 auf einem 1Ghz Duron mit 512MB RAM und das alles noch relativ flüssig, obwohl die Systemvorraussetzung bei 1,4Ghz liegt!
