FTP Datei Upload Download

Wie kann ich mit Hilfe Delphis auf einen FTP-Server zugreifen (Server ist vorhanden, sowie die Zugangsdaten), d.h. ich möchte Dateien Hochladen und ich möchte Dateien herunterladen.

Programm mit Source, Beispiel, etc. wäre göttlich!

Ansonsten kannst du dir mal die Indys anschauen oder die

ICS, die ich persönlich lieber mag.
