Tutorial für COM mit Delphi

Kennt hier jemand ein gutes Tutorial für COM unter Delphi.
Ich finde leider nichts Brauchbares weder auf Deutsch noch auf Englisch.

Wenn das halbe Windows Vista-System veraltet ist, dann ja.
