TOR Proxy mit Delphi Steuern

Hoi,
ich wollte ein Programm schreiben, sodass ich mit einem Hotkey, dem Programm Tor einen neuen Proxyserver zuweißen kann. Normalerweise muss man das ja manuell machen, ich wollte es halt mit einem Hotkey machen^^ Jemand eine IDee?
