IP zustellt können diese zurück gewiesen werden wenn im Header der Mail ersichtlich ist das die Mail ihren Ursprung in einem nicht vertrauenswürdigem Bereich hat.

Genauso ist es. Und nein, es handelt sich zumindest bei barracuda NICHT um einen wegen dynamischer IPs gesperrten Bereich. Denn die haben mir das auf Anfrage mitgeteilt. Übrigens kann man ja die Ergebnisse der Tests teilweise explizit ansehen, z.B.

Gelistete Spammer der letzten 7 Tage: 535
ISP wurde bereits zu oft Expressdelistet, daher kein Delisting möglich.
Also es geht hier nicht um Mailprovider sondern um IPs, die mit Spamversand und Botnets in Verbindung steht. Was mir auch logisch erscheint, denn Spambots senden ja nicht über irgendwelche bekannten Mailprovider.
Unser gesamter
IP-Range ab 82.82.0.0 ist deshalb bei einigen Listen geblockt. Freigabe bei den Spamrats nur mit fester
IP und whois. Also keine Chance, unabhängig vom Mailprovider.
Für mich heißt das eingeschränkte Nutzung meines Accounts -> fristlose Kündigung.
Mit den Infos, die ich jetzt habe, lässt sich das gut nachweisen.
