das icon ist in der Ressource drin
du brauchst eine .rc datei zb. mainicon.rc
MAINICON ICON eigenes.ico
und dann in der project1.pas
{$R 'Project1.res' 'mainicon.rc'}
anstelle dem
{$R *.res}
