Okay, da war ich etwas zu optimistisch - es klappte doch nicht...
Die Installationsanweisung ist meines Erachtens nicht vollständig, daher habe ich sie hier im Folgende ergänzt:

.. falls noch jemand mit der Installation für XE2 Starter kämpft.

PS.: TMS hat die Beschreibung gerade bestätigt und eine Änderung der install.txt für das nächste Update angekündigt.
