Natürlich kann man alles einstellen, aber man muss es erst machen. Vielleicht ist das Grund wieso Windows Sticks als FAT32 standardmäßig formatiert, weil sie dann auf jedem Rechner ohne Probleme voll nutzbar sind.
Dazu kommt natürlich auch noch, dass NTFS umfangreicher/komplexer ist als FAT. Es gab mal einen Trick, wie man Disketten mit NTFS formatieren konnte. Das Ergebnis war eine sehr sehr langsame und deutlich stärker aktive Diskette.
