Ich bin von Delphi 7.0 auf Delphi 8 .NET

umgestiegen... Nun stehe ich vor dem Problem,
dass das Umwandeln von Textfiles von OEM to ANSI nicht mehr funktioniert.

Kann mir jemand helfen???
