Dieser Warnhinweis ging bei mir nur weg, wenn ich die Datei, die ich bei der Regestrierung geschickt bekam in den entsprechenden Ordner kopiert habe. Ansonsten kommt übrigens immer mal wieder ein Popup mit der Bitte sich zu registrieren. Jedenfalls war das bei mir so (auch Delphi 7 Personal), einfach nur der Linzensschlüssel hat da nicht gelangt...
