Es gehört nur noch am Rande zum Thema "XE7 / XE8", aber ich sehe auch keinen substantiellen Vorteil darin, eine App hart zu beenden. Ich halte es für wichtiger, die Lifecycle-Events sauber zu implementieren und so in Erfahrung zu bringen, wenn die App in den Hintergrund befördert wird - denn dann kann man alle nicht notwendigen Aktivitäten einstellen und verbraucht keine unnötigen CPU-Zyklen.
