Trotz aktueller SSL-DLLs im BIN64-Verzeichnis von hier

http://indy.fulgan.com/SSL/ bekomme ich beim Indy SSL-Server trotzdem eine Exception mit "Could not load SSL library"

Woran kann das liegen? Ich nutze Delphi Tokyo 10.2.
