Sind die Vertragsbedingungen von Embarcadero auf EU territorium NULL AND VOID?
Besonders anzumerken ist z.b. dass Iran seine Bürger nicht aus der Staatsbürgerschaft entlässt!
Iraner in den USA die auch US-Bürger sind dürften keine geschäfte mit Embarcadero machen!
Syrer in unserem unternehmen dürften nicht mitarbeiten und müssten quasi über eine Tipse Programmieren oder in Codecentral posten ? Oder dürften wir Syrer garnicht im unternehmen haben?
Wir müssten im Zweifel gegen EU oder Deutsche Gesetze verstoßen, wenn das nottwendig ist um US gesetze einzuhalten?

Kann ich davon ausgehen das diese Vertragsbedingungen in der EU ungültig sind ?
Fallen diese Bedingungen unter das Diskriminierungsverbot?
