Since Windows XP SP2, or Windows Server 2003 the windows operating system contains the kernel driver to
handle http requests, called http. sys. In fact, this is a full HTTP server directly in the kernel – which by the way means that it is at a lower level than necessary to IIS or Apache, and without any dependencies. Webbroker offers several options for how to translate the resulting application (e.g. as a standalone web server), but http. sys is just other leagues
