Normalerweise legt der Patch eine Liste und Kopie der alten Dateien mit an, irgendwo unter /Embarcadero/ ich glaube manchmal was mit "patches" oder Datum z.B. "2022-11-29 18.03.28" im Foldernamen,
die man notfalls von Hand wieder zurückkopieren kann.
