Maybe they are back to professional business again, but I still feel not well with them.

In that respect I have been bitten by many hardware software combinations. On the scanner side these include OKI, Kyocera and HP.

It is the main reason I buy hardware at shops I can return it if my intended use-case does not appear to work.
