May be some one made own mod of DEC, and can share it ?

Du benötigst dafür wohl die DEC-Quelltexte.

Es ist fraglich, ob die ohne Änderung mit 64 Bit compilierbar ist.

Frag am besten Hagen Reddmann, den Autoren des DECs, ob er Dir helfen kann.

You propably need the source codes of DEC for this purpose.

It is not clear whether they are compilable to 64 bit without changes.

It would be the best to ask the author of DEC, Hagen Reddmann, whether he can help you.
