Ich habe ebenfalls das Problem, hatte dazu auch schon mal einen Fehler eingestellt!
Da Delphi mit Version 10.4 kein MacOSX64 konnte.

Heute mal das Update auf 10.4.1 ausgeführt und wieder nix!

Es ist ein Trauerspiel: Irgendwann mit 10.4.2 soll es funktionieren!

There are known problems with the latest version of Xcode and the importing of the macOS 11 SDK and the iOS 14 SDK. At this stage all I can recommend is that you revert to Xcode 11.7 which has macOS 11.5.6 and iOS 13.7. The following steps will allow you to keep your existing Xcode installation.

Please do the following:

1. Download https://download.developer.apple.com...Xcode_11.7.xip
2. Extract the xip file using Apple's archive utility in your downloads folder. (a xip file is a codesigned zip file unique to Apple)
3. When this has extracted, rename the Xcode package to say Xcode11.7.
4. Drag this over to your Applications folder. Because it has been renamed, it won't overwrite your existing Xcode installation.
5. Launch either version of Xcode.
6. Open Xcode | Preferences and select Location.
7. In this screen there is a command line tools dropdown. Select Xcode 11.7.
8. Back in Delphi, try to add a new macOS SDK. This time you should get an option to add 11.5.

Danke war sehr hilfreich und auf dem Handy kommt was an, leider geht keinerlei Debugging und Co. auch die App wird nicht direkt gestartet, aber es kommt schon mal was an und man kommt schon mal weiter.

Debug soll ja mit iOS NICHT funktionieren.

Bei mir stürzt eine TestApp mit iOS aber sofort ab!
Der gleich Source funktioniert mit macOS.

Simple helloWorld: Ein Button, ein Label. Button Klick ersetzt den Test im Label.

Immer wieder Rätsel und unnötiger Arbeitsaufwand

Die Dokumentation (Wiki) ist auch nicht richtig beschrieben.

Ich nutze XCode 12.1, SDK iOS 13.6.1 mit Rx10.4.1
Bei mir geht Alles soweit (iOS Debug/Release/Store, Macos/Debug).

Mein Testphone ist allerdings noch auf iOS 13.6.1.

Rollo, du nutzt zwar XCode 12.1, hast aber die SDK in Delphi 10.4.x auch noch mit XCode 11.x-Version erzeugt, oder? Das macht hier wahrscheinlich einen Unterschied. Generell muss ich sagen, dass iOS und MacOS bei mir aber auch sehr problemlos läuft. In einem Thread wie diesem hat man aber schon das Gefühl, dass es nur dann so ist, wenn man zum Start einer neuen Version (hier Delphi 10.4) direkt damit begonnen hat und nicht später mit einer Plattform einsteigt. Dann ist es sehr aufwändig, das richtige Initial-Setup auf der Gegenseite (iOS-Version, MacOS-Version, XCode-Version) zusammen zu bekommen.

Das darf definitiv nicht sein!
Ich hatte mit Delphi 10.4 einen Fehler eingestellt, dass der Simulator nicht funktioniert! (Mit macOS Catalina)
Daraufhin wurde ich vertröstet, dass derzeit kein x64 Compiler für Xcode gibt und ich auf 10.4.1 warten soll.

Jetzt habe ich 10.4.1 und es funktioniert trotzdem nicht, aber angeblich nur, weil ich nun Big Sur benutze.
Es gibt nur Ausreden!

Hatte doch extra das alte Xcode 10.7 installiert und damit sollte es eigentlich klappen.

Auf die erneute Fehlermeldung habe ich wieder eine Antwort erhalten, dass ich jetzt auf 10.4.2 warten muss.
Die Begründung habe ich nicht verstanden, da angeblich iOS 14.x verwendet wird, obwohl dies nicht in Xcode 10.7 enthalten ist.

Das kann gut sein, ich warte mit Updates meist recht lange,
und nehme dann immer meine alten SDK's mit.
Weil nachträgliches reinfummeln alter SDK's aus Backups ist ein Horror.
Und das Aktualisieren mit neuem XCode ist manchmal nicht möglich, auch das entsprechende DebugImage muss auf das iOS Gerät.

Weil Apple ständig massive Änderungen am ganzen System macht, die dann alle möglichen Inkompatibilitäten erzeugen kann ich nur raten, mit Updates möglichst lange zu warten.
Aber auch nicht zu lange.
Deshalb mache ich Versuche mit Macos VM's, die ich dann update, was aber auch nicht immer geht.
Man muss ziemlich aufpassen, denn Apple erzwingt of Macos, XCode, iOS Updates,
und der Weg zurück ist sehr steinig bis unmöglich.

Apple Developer, Xamarin, Unity Nutzer haben aber sehr oft die gleichen Probleme mit Apple, so dass man in guter Gesellschaft ist
Apple nimmt wenig Rücksicht auf Kompatibilität, da lob ich mir das gute, alte Microsoft Windows.
