From what i get the error is faulty or wrong audio driver causing this.

So open Device Manager ( use devmgmt.msc ) and make sure to fix all the problems there specially with "Audio input and outputs"
I am guessing here you copied your entire OS drive as it to the new laptop, making some drivers with very close models fail or conflict.

The easiest way to fix, is to delete or uninstall the driver form Device Manager then scan again and let the OS select a driver, though in some cases this might time fail, and you need to find the exact model and download the driver manually or select it form already known list in the OS,

To identify the exact model of your devices or at least Audio Card, use one of the following and don't trust the device manager device naming with a wrong driver:
1) https://www.hwinfo.com/
2) https://www.aida64.com/downloads
