Hi,
From the screenshot of the error it is clear that the crash happen in Common Language Runtime (CLR), and the faulty version is Framework4\v4.0.30319 You need either to uninstall and reinstall that version, or just update your .net framework v4, and let the OS update them for you. I suggest to visit this link and add the main three versions mentioned there  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/do.../on-windows-10
