Feststellen, ob Form schon komplett angezeigt ist

Hallo!
Hab heute gleich nochmals eine Frage: Und zwar wie der Titel schon sagt: Wie kann ich feststellen, ob eine gewisse Form schon komplett angezeigt ist, d.h. schon auf den Desktop gezeichnet ist!?
