A: Yes, you can use the
MPL code in any commercial software. Since you have to include the
MPL code, the credit is included in the license header. While not required, it is also customary to credit the author in "AboutBox".
Kurzum: Hinweis in die Aboutbox muß nicht, aber es gehört halt zum guten Ton. Denk Dir halt ne schöne Formulierung aus, z.B. "Teile dieses Programms basieren auf der
JEDI VCL" oder "Dieses Programm wäre ohne die
Jedi-
VCL nie entstanden"...
