Das + muss ja auch zuerst und dann die Word-Boundary-Assertion (\b)

Habs mal probiert, matched bei einem + vor einem Wort (aber auch Zahlen!), und ansonsten nicht
Edit: Beachte noch den Hinweis zu \b:
