Ich habe mal diese vorgehensweise von Atozed gemailt bekommen und
so hat es bisher auch immer problemlos funktioniert..

As for setup, first of all, uninstall all the versions included with Delphi.
Then remove any existing files of Indy from your hard drive.
Once you have removed all Id*.* and all dclIndy*.* and Indy*.*,
then install the new version:

Open and compile in the following order:

IndySystem (in Lib\System)
IndyCore (in Lib\Core)
IndyProtocols (in Lib\Protocols)
IndySuperCore (in Lib\SuperCore)

Compile and install:

dclIndyCore (in Lib\Core)
dclIndyProtocols (in Lib\Protocols)
