Dieses .asx-Ding ist nur eine Playlist-Datei, nicht die Streamadresse. Den Inhalt musst du selbst auswerten, und die darin enthaltene Stream- URL der bass.dll übergeben.
Infos über das Format gibts bei  Wikipedia.
