You might want to create the 9 TImage components named 'skica1' to 'skica9' before you try to
access them. And after that, you should really consider some lecture of basic programming and delphi tutorials. Pretty much all questions here probably won't even emerge if you did that in the first place.
Edit: random(9) is a bit wrong too. If you read the help for "random", you'll see what I mean.
