Bei einer Datei mit 0 Bytes gibt es ja nichts herunterzuladen. Geht es nicht das du in diesem Fall einfach lokal die Datei anlegt und nichts hineinschreibst.

warum 0 kb übertragen du schaust auf den server ob 0kb dateien draufliegen und wie die heißen
dann generierst du die datei mit
StringToFile('C:\0kb datei', ' ');

das ginge auch..nur dazu müßte ich wissen wie ich die datei im netz überprüfe.
Muss mal googlen.
