Das ist sowieso besser.
Die Simulatoren bilden die Hardware nur schlecht ab, ganz abgesehen davon dass der Simulator x86 und die Phones ARM sind..
Ein Phone hat halt noch Sensoren, Location, Permissions, Notifications, Foreground/Background, Portrait/Landscape, und noch Vieles mehr.
Die Simulatoren eignen sich bestenfalls für einfache Forms mit einfachen Controls,
wenn nicht allzuviel vom...

Der Simulator ist eigentlich nicht zu nutzen, höchstens aus einer älteren XCode-Version.
