Das stimmt aber in vielen verschiedenen laendern ist vorgeschrieben dass man den eigentuemer explicit angeben muss. Ich wollte nur angeben dass "Intelectual" besser ist als "Copyright" fuer autoren.
aber Ich habe die frage falsch verstanden, wenn es darum geht um andere patente zu verlezten wuerde Ich sehr vorsichting sein in der USA, Canada, und UK, da werden diese sachen sehr harsch...

In der USA bist du besser beschuetzt, USA takes Intellectual Property Rights very serious, so if you are the Author of your product and have the source code just add "This software is protected by Intellectual Copyright Laws" instead of "International Copyright Laws". or use both somehow in a sentence. But by law this sentence already protects your software. You can sue anyone who is trying to...
