Hallo,

einfach mal die Google Maps API Terms of Service zu Rate ziehen. Besonders interessant ist dieser Abschnitt:

Die Schnittstelle muss also öffentlich und kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wenn diese öffentlich erreichbar ist kann wohl kaum was degegen sprechen, diese mit dem TWebbrowser anzusteuern.
