Turbo Delphi Explorer kommerziell nutzbar?

Hallo,

ich habe da mal eine Frage, ich habe momentan Turbo Delphi Explorer installiert. Also ich meine die kostenlose Version, die es auch hier im Forum gibt.

Darf ich damit Programme schreiben, die ich auch verkaufen möchte? Oder muss ich da die Turbo Delphi Professional haben?
